This is legal agreement between the person or organization ("Customer" or "You") agreeing to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and the applicable contracting entities at Bon Laundry Station ("Us" or "We"). By accepting these Terms, signing an Order, or using the Services, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to bind the Customer to the Order, these Terms, and the applicable "Service Descriptions" available at Bon Laundry Station (collectively the "Agreement").
CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY
Bon Laundry Station will not be held responsible for loss, damages, shinkage, stains, face, discoloration or damage resulting from the laundry process, owners neglect or manufacturing defect.
Customers are responsible for sorting light and dark garments and/or linens before availing the laundry services.
Items not claimed within three (3) days shall be charged per day an additional fifty percent (50%) from the total amount on the job order. While items not claimed within thirty (30) days shall be disposed.
CUSTOMERS ISSUES
All issues brought up by customers will be given the appropriate amount of time investigation.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
All additional services incurred during the drop-off and pick-up service will be documented on a seperate job order from which includes the former job order reference number, and shall be give the attendant the authority to proceed with the additional services while stating the reason for the additional services rendered.
Reason for additional services are when the items fail completely dry due to the material composition, and thickness (applies to jackets, jeans, linens, comforters, and other thick meterial).
